Renting form

Rental Fee:

• The rental fee is set at 40% of the selling price for a 7-day hire period. Please contact us directly for longer hire periods. 

Condition of Returned Items:

• All rented garments must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
• Items should be returned dry-cleaned and in their original condition.

Additional Charges:

• Any garments returned damaged, late, or in an unclean state will incur additional charges.
• In some cases, if an item is returned in a condition that deems it unsuitable for future rentals, the customer may be required to pay for the item in full.

Rental Period:

• The standard rental period is 7 days. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.

Reservation and Cancellation:

• Reservations can be made in advance with a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled pickup date to receive a partial refund.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of the full amount of the item(s) is required at the time of rental, the fee difference is refundable upon the safe and timely return of the garment.

Returns:

• Garments must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date to avoid late fees. Please check our shop hours as we are closed Tuesday / Wednesday.

Custom or Import Fees:

• Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with the rental, as per local regulations.

Disclaimer:

• Halcyon House of Vintage reserves the right to refuse future rentals to customers who consistently violate the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
