Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, please email us at info@hhvintage.com.au within 7 days of receiving order if you'd like to return an item.
We do not offer returns due to change of mind. We only accept returns of items if they are defective or significantly damaged beyond reasonable vintage condition and if this considerable damage was not specified in the item description.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We also do not accept products that are intimate (ie swimwear, lingerie etc).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Due to the one-off nature of vintage products, exchanges cannot be offered. A store credit may be issued in the value of the item being returned if the item is defective or significantly damaged beyond reasonable vintage condition and if this considerable damage was not specified in the item description. Proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
