This is very unique rug repurposed from two vintage Persian rugs that have been stonewashed and sewn together in a checkerboard formation to create a more contemporary design. This particular piece took months to craft, both in the original creation of each rug and then again in the handwork to repurpose it and bring the rugs together. This rug is very durable and will gain more character with wear.
